When prompted, dial your international destination number and press # only (do NOT press 'call' after your international destination number) .

Check your Destination for FREE international phone calls: * (It will show you the countries you can call, and also whether there are any restrictions in terms of the time of day (e.g. weekend, weekday, weeknight).

*Calls made by mobile phone contract users will utilise inclusive cross network minutes. When all inclusive minutes have been used, calls will be charged at regular cross network call rates (subject to individual mobile phone provider - providers 3 and Vodaphone will charge for these calls). Calls are free if you use your inclusive cross network minutes from Orange and Virgin. From 1st June 2007 T-mobile will start charging for these calls 12p/m. From 1st July 2006 O2 will start charging for these calls.

Callers must ensure they have bill payer’s permission before using the service. All calls are billed by your telephone provider at their relevant mobile rates. Please check with them before using the service.

Calls are charged from time of connection to the xxxxx number, so we advise hanging up after a short period if your calls are engaged or unanswered to avoid using up your free minutes. Remember to only press the call or send button after dialling the access number but not again after dialling the destination number.

Calls are billed at your telecom providers relevant mobile (07744) rates, Please check with them before making the call if you have any doubts about your Free Minutes. These are charged as cross network mobile calls & can be included in free minutes (except 3, Vodafone, and Single Point).

Calls to mobile phones, premium rate numbers and pagers are not included unless otherwise stated.

We  reserve the right to terminate fraudulent calls. The service is subject to availability.
